International School at Dundee (ISD) students participated in a 5K “prep-rally” in advance of the school’s first annual 5K Around the World Run and Kids Obstacle Course, which is scheduled for Saturday, September 26.
Students helped paint world flag posters, while enjoying popsicles at the early release playground play date. The colorful posters will welcome participants and line the 5K course on race day. Online registration is open through September 21, online at the Kids Obstacle Course, with all pre-registrants guaranteed a t-shirt.
About ISD: The International School at Dundee was authorized in July of 2003 as an official International Baccalaureate school. ISD is one of less than 200 IB Primary Years Programme (IBPYP) authorized schools in the US, and one of only a few elementary schools in Connecticut to receive the IBPYP accreditation. ISD offers programs for students from kindergarten through fifth grade.
