The Board of Education and Greenwich Schools administration is reaching out to ask for community input in the form of a survey to help them in the strategic planning process.
The survey will run through December 19, and the entire Greenwich community is encouraged to participate.
The survey dovetails with the series of focus groups including the community forum on Tuesday night at Central Middle School moderated by people from the hired company, Public Consulting Group (PCG).
They also conducted focus groups with teachers, administrators, support staff, students, business and community leaders, elected officials and Town board and commission heads.
This editor just took the survey, which allowed me to identify myself as the parent of a former student. It took 15 minutes because I gave each question some thought.
Participation in the survey is encouraged. According to a release from Kim Eves, “The Board and administration are sincerely interested in receiving the broadest input so that the future direction of the GPS takes into consideration all viewpoints.”
