Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich Hosting JC, NMS, Riverside and OG Students during Remote Learning Week Feb 22 – 26

Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich, in coordination with the Greenwich Public Schools, is pleased to offer a FREE, supervised, safe environment for children, grades K – 5, to remote learn next week as several elementary schools will be closed. Drop-off will begin at 7:45 am and pick-up by 3:15 pm.

The Club also offers an after-school program that runs from 3:00 – 6:00pm. Children who are not already registered as Session 6 attendees who would like to extend their day, must indicate this preference when they register. Registration is required to attend both options.

According to Laura Dianis, the Club’s Director of External Relations, Greenwich Schools Superintendent Dr. Toni Jones approached the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich about hosting displaced students next week (February 22 – 26).

“We will have staff members offering in-person coverage at our Clubhouse to students from Julian Curtiss, North Mianus, Riverside and Old Greenwich,” said Dianis said.

The Club is limited in how many they can accommodate, but as of Saturday they still have a few openings.

Register by Sunday, February 21 by 12:00 PM.
