Jose Vazquez, 18, of 45 Locust Street in Greenwich was charged by Greenwich Police with two counts of Disorderly Conduct and Interfering with a 911 Call on Jan 19 following an incident on Jan 17.
According to Greenwich Police, the offender responded to headquarters on Bruce Place on an active arrest warrant.
Vazquez was processed and released on a promise to appear in court. He was assigned a court date on Jan 19, 2017.
