On Saturday, January 23at about 10:30pm, members of the Greenwich Police Department responded Palmer Hill Rd in Riverside on the report of an argument between two subjects. On scene investigation revealed that a female victim sustained minor injuries as a result of the actions of the other involved party.
The subject who caused the injuries, Zhanliang Qin, 42, of 324 Palmer Hill Rd, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Assault 3rd degree. His bond was posted at $1,000 and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 25 in Stamford Superior Court.
