Sean D Welch, 46, of 4 Willow Street in Port Chester was arrested on Dec. 5 following an incident on Bertolf Rd in Riverside.
According to Greenwich Police, on Friday around 7:15pm units responded to the area of Walgreens in Riverside for an incident which had just occurred at Adams Gardens. While en route, Greenwich Police learned that the incident occurred at a residents in Adams Gardens and that the subject had allegedly shown up at the residence looking for money and upon leaving, broke the kitchen window.
Mr. Welch was issued a Misdemeanor Summons for Criminal Mischief 3rd degree and released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Dec. 14.
