Shawn Oliphant, 33, of 27 Northill St in Stamford was arrested on April 20 after turning himself in at Greenwich Police headquarters on a warrant for Violation of a Restraining order stemming back to an incident on Milbank Ave on March 29.
Oliphant was processed and released on a $25,000 bond and is scheduled to appear at Stamford Superior court on April 21, 2016.
