Thomas Minervino, 65, of 1730 Mulford Ave in New York, NY, was arrested on March 26 after Greenwich Police received a report of a past Larceny at Richards on 359 Greenwich AVe.
On Saturday, Greenwich Police officers were detailed to Richards where they were advised by Richards Asset Protection personnel that a man had exited the store without paying for a Raffi brand navy blue sweater valued at $155.
Greenwich Police were able to identify the responsible party as Thomas Minervino, who was then placed under arrest and charged with the following Larceny 6th degree. Minervino has a court appearance date of April 4 at Stamford Superior Court. He was able to post a cash bond of $50 and was released from custody.
