On Monday Aug 20, around 11:45am, multiple Greenwich Police responded to central Greenwich on a report of an assault.
On scene investigation revealed that the victim and Catherine A Zayas, 19, of 3 Putnam Ct in Greenwich were involved in a physical alternation while two juveniles were present.
Additionally, police say Zayas was the primary aggressor in the fight and through her actions caused risk of injury to a child.
Zayas was arrested and charged with Risk of Injury to a Child and Disorderly Conduct.
Her bond was set at $1,000 and she has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Aug 21, 2018.
