On July 4 around 3:00am, Martha Julissa Maduro, 47, of Brookside Drive in Greenwich was spotted by police driving east on Horseneck Lane when she crossed the double yellow line.
Officers on patrol in the area of Field Point Rd and Arch Street spotted Maduro cross into the westbound lane of travel. A motor vehicle stop was initiated and Maduro was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard.
She was charged with DUI and Failure to Drive in Proper Lane.
Her bond was set at $250 which she was unable to post. However, police say that because of medical complications she was transported to Greenwich Hospital and released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on July 18, 2019.
