On July 6 Greenwich Police were contacted by state probation officers regarding a man with an active warrant for violating probation.
Michael Martinez, 30, of 309 Hamilton Avenue was arrested and charged with Violation of Probation. The warrant originated from a case in Westport.
Bond for Martinez was set at $10,000. He was assigned a date in court in Norwalk on July 20, 2018.
