A Greenwich man was arrested after police responded to Wilbur Peck on a report of an intoxicated man refusing to leave.
Around 2:15am on Wednesday, police found Loushen A Johnson, 31, of 27 Wilbur Peck Court sitting in a stairwell outside the apartment building.
Investigation revealed Johnson was involved in an altercation with a resident in one of the apartments.
He was charged with Disorderly Conduct. Unable to post his bond of $1,000, he was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on the same day.
