A resident of Wilbur Peck Court was arrested for two different events on Friday.
Police say Gari Alexander Alvardo-Ozuna, 31, of 82 Wilbur Peck Court, damaged the front door of the residence of a victim, but left the scene after an altercation. He was located by police outside Bimbo bakeries a short time later.
He charged with Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief 3 and Risk of Injury to a Child.
Bond for those charges was set at $1,000, which he was able to post, and he was released.
In a second incident police said Mr. Alvarado-Ozuna punched out a window of a vehicle that the victim was sitting next to.
He was arrested and transported to headquarters and charged with Reckless Endangerment 2, Violation of Condition of Release 2, Criminal Mischief 3 and Use/Possession of Less than 1/2 Oz Marijuana.
His bond was set at $50,000 which he was unable to post.
He is being held at Greenwich Police Dept and was assigned a date in Bridgeport Superior Court on April 13, 2020.
