On Wednesday around noon, Greenwich Police were on routine patrol of East Putnam Ave in Riverside when the License Plate Reader on Unit 54 was alerted of a possible stolen license plate on the rear of a car headed west.
A motor vehicle stop revealed that the back seat passenger, Juan Francisco Estrada, 42, of Limerick Street in Stamford had three active arrest warrants for probation violations.
Each probation violating charged had a $10,000 for a total of $30,000 which he was unable to post.
Estrada has a court date in Stamford on Feb 27, 2019.
