Four More Cars Stolen in Overnight Hours by Car Jiggers in Greenwich

On Tuesday, Greenwich Police Lt Slusarz informed media that vehicle thefts continue to be an issue in town.

“Most vehicles that are stolen are left unlocked with the keys in them,” he said. “Criminals then roam neighborhoods overnight checking for these unlocked cars.”

Greenwich Police ask residents to protect themselves by locking their cars and taking the keys with them.

Four more cars were stolen in recent days:

• A 2020 Mercedes-Benz E450 was taken overnight Thursday (12-24) into Friday (12-25) from Indian Drive
