On April 18 at about 5:30am Greenwich Police were detailed to 302 Delavan Ave on the report of a motor vehicle accident where a pickup truck had struck a parked car.
A 1997 Ford F150 pickup truck with a Connecticut registration was observed to have been involved in an accident with damage to its front bumper and resting against the rear bumper of a Jeep.
Upon further investigation, the driver, Kenny Saavedra-muriel, 23, of 238 Hamilton Avenue was observed to have bloodshot eyes and the odor of an alcoholic beverage upon his breath and person.
After failing Field Sobriety Tests, he was arrested an charged with Driving with a Suspended License, DUI, and Failure to Drive in Proper lane. He was released on a $250 bond and has a court date of May 2, 2016 in Stamford Superior Court.
