Avon Theatre’s 12th Annual ‘Why Film Matters’ Essay Contest, Deadline Extended

UPDATE: Deadline extended to Monday, May 24, 2021 at Noon.

The Avon Theatre Film Center is proud to announce their 12th Annual Scholarship Awards Essay Contest. A total of $7,000 in college scholarship prizes will be awarded.

Seniors in public and private high schools in Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY are invited to submit a 500 – 750 word essay on “WHY FILM MATTERS.”
