A Greenwich woman was arrested on Dec 13 around 8:00pm after Greenwich Police were detailed to a Chickahominy residence on a report of a verbal altercation.
Investigation revealed that the offender, Amanda Megan Rasile, 25, of 8 Alexander Street, had broken items within the residence and struck the victim in the arm with a belt and a DVD player.
The incident took place in the presence of a juvenile.
Rasile was charged with Risk of Injury to a Child, Disorderly Conduct, and Assault 3rd degree on an Elderly Person.
Her bond was set at $2,000, which she was able to post. She was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on December 14, 2017.
