On Dec 13, Greenwich Police responded to Booth Place on a report of a person exposing his genitalia and pleasuring himself to high school age children walking to a school bus stop.
Upon investigation it was determined that Gerrymie Herrera, 25, of 3 Armstrong Court in Greenwich was exposing himself from his second story bathroom window in Armstrong Court.
Mr. Herrera swore to a written statement confessing to the crime. Also, sworn statements were received from the two victims as well as from one of the victim’s mother.
Mr. Herrera was charged with Disorderly Conduct. He was able to post his $260 bond and was released form police custody. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec 27, 2017.
