Breach of Peace Arrest on Gerry Street

police stationGreenwich Police responded to a private residence on Gerry Street on the report of a medical casualty on Oct. 22 at about 1:00am. While en route, officers learned that a female reporting party was in distress and wanted her intoxicated boyfriend to be removed from her residence.

According to Greenwich Police, upon arrival, all parties were separated and the female subject was seated in the rear of a Greenwich Police unit for her safety. While the male subject, Albert green, 47, of 11 Fisher Ave in White Plains, was voluntarily leaving the scene, he observed the female subject in the rear of the police car and, according to police banged on the windows and screamed at the female subject, thus causing a violent, tumultuous and threatening environment.

Green was arrested and charged with Breach of Peace in the 2nd degree. Unable to post $1,000 bond, he was held within Greenwich Police Dept.’s cell block and has a court appearance date scheduled for Oct. 22, 2014.
