An argument between two people in Chickahominy turned physical on Sunday, and Greenwich Police responded.
At about 3:30pm, Greenwich Police responded a Gerry Street residence. On scene investigation revealed that two people were involved in the fight.
Benjamin Molina, 42, 152 South Broadway in White Plains was issued a misdemeanor summons for Disorderly Contact.
Juan A Ortigoza, 24, of 38 Gerry Street in Greenwich was arrested and processed for Disorderly Conduct and Possession of less than 1/2 oz of marijuana. His bond was set at $1,000.
Both parties have a court date in Stamford Superior Court on Jan 17, 2017.
