Central Middle school 8th graders, Lilia Dubin and Jagger Levine have been busy planning their unique Capstone project. Noting that dance classes typically expensive, and many people don’t get enough exercise, Lilia and Jagger had the idea to teach a free dance class. The class is set for May 24 from 11:00am to 12:00 noon at Sportsplex 49 Brown House Rd, Stamford, CT 06902.

At Byram Marina, ADA improvements are designed to be completed in time for boating season on April 15. A 2018 CHRO complaint was deemed in 2020 to be, “of no reasonable cause for believing that a discriminatory practice has been or is being committed as alleged in the complaint.” In 2023, the Dept of Justice announced Greenwich had agreed to increase accessibility at the Byram Marina to comply with the ADA. The Albert C. Hencken House on North St was designed by John Russel Pope and built in 1903-1904. Both the original owner of the house and its architect contributed to Greenwich becoming known as a cosmopolitan area attracting affluent New York businessmen looking to create their own grand estates.
