The existing single family house, built in 1930, has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a one-car garage. It also has a three-season sunroom leading to an outdoor deck and fenced yard, as well as a new slate roof, copper gutters and central air conditioning.

The home sold on June 16, 2016 for $1,095,000 from Anja Strathdee to George Flouty on June 17, 2016 for $1,095,000.

Any objection to the demolition must be filed in writing to the DPW- Divsion of Buildings.
