Maryann C. Santora, of Cos Cob, passed away October 15, 2017. She was 75.
Born in Greenwich on August 6, 1942 to Frank and Rose Chiappetta, Maryann was a dedicated Baby Specialist for 50 years at Greenwich Hospital where she also served as the chairwoman of the hospital’s Baby Reunion for 20 years.
She married her beloved husband Tony, to which they celebrated 54 years of marriage.
Maryann was an avid reader and great friend to all who knew her.
Aside from her husband, she also leaves behind her loving daughter Susan.
The family would like to extend their deep appreciation to Dr. James Brunetti, Dr. Kevin Conboy and Dr. Francis Walsh, for their dedication and care.
To honor her life, a Mass of Christian Burial will take place 10:00am Friday October 20 at the chapel of St. Catherine of Siena in Riverside.
Entombment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the cancer research charity of one’s choosing.
