These activities informed her kindness and concern for others throughout her life.

She had a fierce passion and loving concern for her family and so many,
many pets. All felt her powerful love. She was a great storyteller,
especially at bedtimes, an enthusiastic cheerleader for her “granders”and a provider of care to three generations of her family.

For over a decade, she assisted her husband, Dr. Jaeger, with managing his cardiology practice. Devoting her time to others, she volunteered at Greenwich Hospital.

She was a gifted gardener whose creations, including an enormous sunflower “tree” delighted all who saw them. Elizabeth had an amazing and impactful journey through life, caring for family and friends. Her loving touch will be missed by so many.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 am Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Greenwich, followed by interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Greenwich.
