Evelyn Molcan Mattison, 96, passed peacefully at home on January 9, 2018. Evelyn was born on December 26, 1921 to Andrew and Suzanna Molcan. Evelyn was born and raised in Greenwich and worked for Fawcett Publication before her retirement.
Aside from her parents and 12 siblings, Evelyn was also predeceased by her husband Harold Mattison and her daughter Jeanette Nardone.
Evelyn is survived by her son, Robert (Emiko) Barnes, her grandchildren, Joan Brown (Rick Lienhardt), Bryan (Lindsay) Nardone, Robert Barnes Jr., and Christopher (Tanya) Barnes.
Evelyn is also survived by her great-grandchildren Morgan Brown, Nicholas and Matthew Nardone, and Makayla, Alyssa, Evie and Austin Barnes.
There are no services and the burial will be private at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Rye, NY.
