Tuesday’s P&Z Agenda to Feature Proposal for 5-Story, 105 Unit 8-30g Development behind Greenwich Library

Tuesday’s Planning & Zoning commission meeting includes a discussion item about the pre-application to redevelop two properties in the R-12 zone in the area behind Greenwich Library for an 8-30g affordable housing development.

The applicants, a series of LLC’s, are proposing a five-story building with a two-story underground parking garage and 135 parking spaces on the two parcels totaling 4.7 acres.

The development would replace two historic Tudor houses on the adjoining parcels at 51 and 69 Dearfield Drive.

Proposed are 105 units, with 32 designated affordable.

The meeting is via Zoom exclusively and starts at 4:00pm. This discussion item is toward of the agenda.

Here is the agenda with zoom link.
