POSTPONED: Greenwich Democrats to Host Conversation with Jim Himes & David Rafferty

THIS EVENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED. Congressman Himes has been called back into session for an important vote on the debt ceiling.

The Greenwich Democratic Town Committee is hosting a lively and enriching conversation between Congressman Jim Himes and Greenwich Time Columnist David Rafferty entitled: Breaking through in a Sharply Divided Congress.

The event will take place on Tuesday, May 30 at Greenwich Town Hall. The evening will begin at 5:30pm with refreshments. The program will run from 6:00pm to 7:15pm.

Community and political leaders, residents and others are invited to come hear Congressman Himes’ observations from the frontlines of a most contentious, congressional environment, with insights from local columnist and former reporter and radio host, Mr. Rafferty. 

The evening is focused on thought leadership and creating community alongside those who have dedicated their time and resources to help protect America’s future as a healthy democracy where all can thrive.
