From the Greenwich Dept of Public Works:
Phase 2 of the Tomac Ave, Harding Road, and Forest Ave Drainage Improvements Project will commence on Tuesday, November 28th, and daytime road closures are expected to begin on Monday, December 4.
Construction hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm, and the road will reopen at the end of each construction day.
Weather dependent, this phase is anticipated to be completed by February 2024.
