From the Greenwich Dept of Public Works:
The Sound Beach Avenue bridge will be closed Tuesday, Sept 27, from 7:00am to 6:00pm for bridge culvert installation work.
Vehicles will be detoured to Harding Road and Forest Avenue, and pedestrians will continue to be routed through Binney Park.
This work is part of a crucial project to replace a deteriorating bridge used by approximately 14,500 vehicles daily.
