EWM Global Signs Lease at Ashforth’s 707 Summer Street Property

The Ashforth Company announced that EWM Global, a leading provider of executive compensation administration services for the financial services industry, has signed a lease at Ashforth’s 707 Summer Street property in Stamford.

EWM will occupy 6,465 square feet at 707 Summer Street and will move all employees to this location this month.

George Walker, Executive Vice President and Betsy Buckley, Senior Vice President of JLL, the exclusive leasing agent for 707 Summer Street, represented Ashforth. With this latest signing, the property is nearly 75 percent leased with approximately 20,000 square feet available for lease.

Located in the heart of downtown Stamford, 707 Summer Street is a 74,000-square-foot office building featuring three floors, three levels of covered parking, and a host of tenant-focused amenities. These include a landscaped courtyard, private shuttle to the Stamford train station, advanced NPBI air purification system, and a living wall of 1,330 plants in the main lobby. Ashforth, the building owner and manager of the property, and its division are headquartered on site.

707 is minutes from I-95 and the Merritt Parkway, and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, banks, library, theaters, Courtyard by Marriott hotel, Stamford Town Center, Mill River Park, and Stamford Train Station.
