Supr Food Kitchen, a destination for clean and wholesome ingredients, has announced it is now 100% gluten-free.
The menu features meals rich in vegetables, healthy fats and whole grains, with a focus on protein-forward offerings.
Supr Food does not use any seed oils, which is uncommon in the restaurant industry, and its proteins and meats are all-natural and sourced from Antibiotic-Free providers.
Supr Food’s mission is to help people improve their health through food. Its most unique offering is customizable made-to-order sauté bowls. Guests can choose from a selection of chef-curated options like the Korean BBQ Bowl with Charred Chicken or the Sesame Ginger Bowl with Sauteed Shrimp. The Grab & Go cooler also offers a great selection of 25+ grams of protein meals such as the Keto Chicken Parm and Thai Green Curry Bowl – two chef favorites.
In addition, Supr Food has launched a new breakfast menu that features antibiotic and hormone-free proteins (bacon, turkey, sausage) and pasture-raised eggs. Menu items include egg sandwiches, plant-based egg sandwiches, acai bowls, avocado toast, smoothies and more. Breakfast is served until 11:00am daily.
Also available at the restaurant is Supr Brew, an exclusive organic premium coffee/espresso blend with high antioxidants for decreased inflammation and improved gut health. In addition, Supr Food Kitchen offers premium boosters – which can be added to smoothies, smoothie bowls or lattes – like adaptogenic mushrooms blends (that may help reduce the effects of stress on your body) or immunity boosters such as elderberry. From smoothies and breakfast sandwiches to salads and cauliflower crust pizza, there is something for everyone.
The brand hosted a 30-Day Challenge this year, where 15 lucky participants got 4 weeks of free meals, free health coach sessions and input from a registered dietician, resulting in lowered cholesterol, reducing their LDL and lowering their weight.
“We believe clean food is the foundation of a healthier life,” said Liz Salgado, Supr Food Store Manager. “By going 100% gluten-free and maintaining our seed-oil free approach, we’re raising the bar for healthy dining. Whether it’s a quick breakfast, a customized bowl, or a grab-and-go meal, we’re here to support our community’s journey to better health.”
