The state’s association of Realtors has endorsed State Representative Kimberly Fiorello for re-election in the 149th district.
The Connecticut Realtors Association represents 20,000 members involved in all aspects of real estate in Connecticut. The Association carefully evaluates candidates in determining who may best ensure there is a positive environment for living in or transferring property in Connecticut. Real estate is essential to economic recovery and stability in the state and helps to build communities.
“The men and women who work in the real estate community help us buy and sell what for most of us is our biggest investments…our home,” said State Rep. Fiorello in a release. “Their relationships with clients gives them an informed viewpoint on what’s most needed from policies out of Hartford — for people to be safe in their communities, for existing businesses to stay and be able to grow, and for new businesses to want to come into our state because they see opportunities to prosper here.”
Improving the state’s economy, protecting home values, and stopping state-wide property taxes from being implemented are among her top priorities, according to Fiorello.
