Family Centers Health Care to Host Open House and Resource Fair at Wilbur Peck

Family Centers Health Care will kick off National Health Center Week with an open house and resource fair on Saturday, Aug 12 at its 111 Wilbur Peck Court location in Greenwich.

The event will run from 11:00 am – 2:oo pm and is open to the public.

Complementary health and dental screenings will be provided by Family Centers Health Care staff, and free food, giveaways and door prizes will be offered to all in attendance.

In addition, representatives from other Family Centers programs, including The Den for Grieving Kids, Counseling & Mental Health and Literacy Volunteers will be on hand.

Attendees can also learn how to enroll in health insurance, including Medicaid/HUSKY.  Connecticut Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) assistance is also available.

Family Centers Health Care is a federally qualified health center offering primary health care, dental and mental health services to children and adults living in Greenwich Public Housing units, Section 8 housing and the surrounding neighborhoods. The clinic features three medical examination rooms and a full dental suite.
