Family Centers Celebrates Grand Opening of Adult and Pediatric Health Center in Greenwich with State Legislators

Family Centers celebrated the grand opening of its new Adult and Pediatric Health Center with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, March 28 at 75 Holly Hill Lane in Greenwich.

The event officially celebrated a new primary care collaboration between Family Centers and Greenwich Hospital/Yale New Haven Health. Senator Richard Blumenthal, Representative Jim Himes and Greenwich First Selectman Fred Camillo were in attendance.

 

Family Centers Health Care leadership and clinicians provided tours of the Health Center, a 15-room facility that increases Family Centers’ patient capacity by 20 percent and features on-site mental health services, ensuring patients receive immediate access to clinicians through a seamless referral process. Family Centers took over day-to-day management of the health centers, previously operated by Greenwich Hospital/Yale New Haven Health, on February 4 of this year. With Family Centers in the lead, patients now have access to a comprehensive, integrated care model that includes primary medical care, behavioral health, dental and human services.
