Family Centers will celebrate the grand opening of its new Adult and Pediatric Health Center with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, March 28 at 3:00pm.
The event will take place at 75 Holly Hill Lane in Greenwich and will commemorate a new collaboration between Family Centers and Greenwich Hospital/Yale New Haven Health.

On February 4, Family Centers joined forces with Greenwich Hospital/Yale New Haven Health to take over the day-to-day management of the pediatric, adult, and geriatric outpatient health centers.
With Family Centers working directly on site, patients now have better access to a comprehensive, integrated care model that includes primary medical care, behavioral health, dental and human services.
“Providing accessible, high-quality medical care is fundamental to building a healthier community,” said Dennis Torres, Chief Health Officer at Family Centers. “This new health center allows us to expand primary care services while offering mental health and human service supports that promote overall well-being.”
The 15-exam room facility Family Centers’ together with on-site mental health services, ensure patients receive immediate access to clinicians through a seamless referral process.
Leadership from Family Centers and Greenwich Hospital/Yale New Haven Health are expected to speak on the benefits this new collaboration will provide the community.
Federal, State and local officials will also be in attendance. Local officials and the press are invited to join in celebrating the grand opening. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the facility, meet the medical team and learn more about the expanded services available to the community.
