Sterling Care, the leading regional Certified Home Health Agency, is pleased to announce that Lynn Bausch, RN has joined their management team as Clinical Manager. Most recently, Lynn was Director of Nursing at The Nathaniel Witherell Skilled Nursing Facility in Greenwich.
During her 32 years there, her responsibilities have included all administrative and clinical aspects of nursing care, budgets, educational and training programs, recruitment and retention of nursing staff, residents’ rights issues, development of care programs, admissions, policies and guidelines.

Lynn will oversee the clinical operations including nursing, social work, and home health aides. She also supervises and manages care for clients and trains the clinical team.
Most recently, Lynn was Director of Nursing at Nathaniel Witherell Skilled Nursing Facility in Greenwich, CT. During her 32 years there, her responsibilities have included all administrative and clinical aspects of nursing care, budgets, educational and training programs, recruitment and retention of nursing staff, residents’ rights issues, development of care programs, admissions, policies and guidelines.
As a licensed Registered Nurse, Ms. Bausch has her B.S. in Business Management Curriculum from Teikyo Post University and her A.A.S in Nursing from Pace University.
She is a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner, Resident Assessment Coordinator, and Legal Nurse Consultant. She has won numerous accolades, including twice awarded Town of Greenwich Employee of the Year.
