Dinosaur Bar-B-Que’s Stamford outpost is home to one of the best happy hour deals in around. Known for its impressive selection of craft brews and finger licking good ‘que, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que is THE place to eat and drink, without breaking the bank.

From 3:00pm-7:00pm Monday through Friday, and noon-5:00pm on Saturday & Sunday, guests of Dinosaur Bar-B-Que can get $4.00 beers (and not just your average Coors on tap – but a selection of seasonal offerings and styles), plus $5.00 appetizers, including Dino favorites such as the Swag Sampler Plate, Dino Poutine and Dino Sliders, among others. Guests may also opt for one of Dinosaur Bar-B-Que’s $6.00 signature cocktails, wines or spirits.

There are eight tasty Happy Hour tempting appetizers to choose from. The Jumbo BBQ Chicken Wings are spice-rubbed, pit smoked over hickory wood and grilled finished when ordered. These are quite popular and served with their homemade blue cheese dressing and crisp celery sticks. And with seven choices of their own sauces – you will have a hard time choosing, “Wango Tango” hot sauce is what the customers really rave about.

The Swag Sampler Plate is perfect for sharing, there is something enticing for everyone in your party to try. This happy hour deal includes Jumbo BBQ Chicken Wings, Fried Green Tomatoes, Deviled Eggs and Spicy Shrimp Bowl.

Other popular offerings are Dino Poutine (hand-cut fries with beef gravy, homemade pimento cheese and pulled pork), Dino Sliders (your choice of three meats), and Chili Con Queso Nachos.
