What You Need to Know about Independence Day Fireworks in Greenwich

This year Greenwich’s Independence Day fireworks displays are scheduled for Saturday, July 1, 2023 at both Binney Park and Greenwich Point Park at dusk. If July 1 is rained out, the shows will be rescheduled for Saturday, September 2 at both Binney Park and Greenwich Point Park. If the shows are rained out for September 2, there will be one show at Greenwich Point Park on Sunday, September 3. Binney Park Fireworks will start at approximately 9:10 pm. Lamont Announces CT Will Observe Juneteenth as a Legal State Holiday for the First Time on June 19

In Greenwich, the Selectmen are planning a small ceremony on Monday, June 19 at 12:00 noon. First Selectman Fred Camillo will read a proclamation and his office anticipates a few brief speakers there.
