Greenwich Cocktail Week Kicks off June 14; Benefits the Emily Catherine Fedorko Foundation

The first of many Greenwich Cocktail Week events kicks off on Monday, June 14 at the Old Greenwich Social Club, with proceeds benefiting the Emily Catherine Fedorko Foundation (ECFF). The Kick-off event will include cocktails from the presenting partner, Casamigos, as well as sponsors Campari, Deutsch Brands, and Titos, plus passed appetizers and a raw bar by Precious Oysters.

Cocktail Week continues through Thursday, June 17 with discounted cocktails from participating restaurants in Greenwich.

In addition to the June 2021 events, Greenwich Cocktail Week, founded by Greenwich natives Lindsay Potter and Jed Simon, is also a resource for all of the specials and events that bars in Greenwich have to offer.

“We are so excited for the first of many Greenwich Cocktail Week celebrations, beginning on June 14,” said co-founder Lindsay Potter, a marketing professional who has spent the last 9 years in the beverage business. “With the difficult impact of the pandemic on restaurants and bars, Greenwich Cocktail Week will reconnect our community with our local social scene while supporting these businesses at the same time.”

For the launch of Greenwich Cocktail Week Potter and Simon knew they wanted to connect with a local non-profit and are thrilled that the June 14th Kick-off Event proceeds will benefit the Emily Catherine Fedorko Foundation. “When we came up with the Greenwich Cocktail Week concept, we knew that we wanted to add a philanthropic element to it as well,” said Mr. Simon. “Lindsay and I both agreed that the Emily Catherine Fedorko Foundation was a good fit. Not only do they have a strong connection to town but an amazing mission of spreading education, advocacy and awareness of boating and water sports safety, all in honor of Emily.”

More than just a week-long event, the Greenwich Cocktail Week website and social media channels will be a 24-7 hub of information. Through the Instagram page and website you will find up to date restaurant cocktail specials, dates and times for live music performances, brunch and happy hour information and more.
