The Greenwich community continues to mourn the loss of Chris Rurak, head coach of the GHS hockey team. Under Rurak’s leadership the hockey program flourished for four years. He died on July 24 at the age of 47.
The Rurak family has partnered with the Greenwich Athletic Foundation and has established a scholarship fund in honor of Coach Rurak.
This fund will enable an annual scholarship award to a GHS student-athlete.
100% of proceeds will be contributed to the Chris Rurak Scholarship Fund. All donations are 100% tax deductible and eligible for corporate matching.
