Make-A-Wish Connecticut welcomed Thomas Jankovich of Old Greenwich to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Jankovich is the Vice President, Banking & Capital Markets for Capgemini Invent, where he is passionate about creating new value and growth through design, digital solutions, innovative business models and technology.

Jankovich, an ex-Deloitte Consulting Partner, hailing from South Africa and now settled in southern Connecticut, thrives as a modern business leader who has transformed and grown world class organizations across five continents.

His roles have ranged from being Chairman of Deloitte Digital Africa, Digital Innovation Leader for U.S Financial Services, Global Fintech Ecosystem Leader, Chief Innovation Officer, Co-Founder of blockchain, payments, digital banking, insurtech and crowdsourcing based businesses to Fintech investor and professional rugby player.

Jankovich is close personal friends with a wish family whose daughter was diagnosed with leukemia and, in his words, saw “how Make-A-Wish was uniquely able to turn so much sadness into immense happiness, not just for the wish family, but for a global network of friends and family.”

“We are thrilled to have Thomas join our team,” exclaims Make-A-Wish Connecticut President
and CEO Pam Keough. “As an innovator, digital product developer, marketer and business builder
who loves to make things happen, we can’t wait to be the benefactors of his knowledge and
enthusiasm!”
