The Former Attire Club at Greenwich High School – a club that collects donations of gently used gowns and dresses to give away for free in time for prom season – continues their annual prom dress give away on Saturday, March 19 from 9:30-4:00 at the Tomes Higgins House located adjacent to Christ Church, 216 East Putnam Ave in Greenwich.

Kate Piotrowski and Audrey Brandes have been working with Nancy Coughlin from Neighbor to Neighbor to plan the event, and the historic Tomes Higgins House is a perfect setting for the beautiful array of dresses – there are also shoes and accessories!

“We’re still accepting donations during the event,” Kate said. “We take dresses of all lengths, and could especially use accessories including shoes, jewelry and clutches – everything prom-appropriate.”

High school students with a school ID from Port Chester, Stamford and Greenwich – the Neighbor to Neighbor catchment area – are invited to select dresses at the event.
