Friends of Binney Park is holding a Birdhouse Art Auction to Benefit Binney Park in Old Greenwich.
The event takes place 4:00pm-6:00pm, on Sunday, October 27, 2024 at Images of Old Greenwich, 202 Sound Beach Avenue in Old Greenwich.
The special silent Art Auction will feature 27 one-of a kind birdhouses created by local artists who have generously donated their time and talent.
All proceeds from the auction will go directly to maintenance and improvements at Binney Park. All are invited.
“Come celebrate art, nature, and community,” said Marcos Torno, who is the primary organizer of the fundraiser.
“By participating in this event, you’ll be supporting both local artists and the preservation of our cherished green space,” Torno added.
Enjoy liquid refreshments, meet the artists, and bid on your favorite birdhouse to take home a piece of functional art for the home or garden or a unique gift for a special someone.
