After moving back to Greenwich he has been consistently building on his artwork, exhibition record, and cultural contribution to the area. Culminating in this landmark exhibition CONTINUUM is, according to the artist, his most ambitious and best work to date.

Exhibiting all new large abstract works in his distinctive signature style, Lee is also expanding the way art can be appreciated by offering a one-of-a-kind NFT with each painting. While NFTs have been front and center in the recent digital-asset and cryptocurrency investing craze, Lee sees NFTs as a way to bridge the traditional art world with the burgeoning virtual/Metaverse art worlds which can foster long-term, lasting benefits and value for both artist and collector. Lee is the first artist in Fairfield County, if not the entire state of Connecticut to be offering NFTs in tandem with physical works of art.

Lee will be hosting talks about how this bridge between physical and virtual art can be a powerful way to not only develop a world-wide community of artists, collectors and art lovers, but as an innovative way to verify the authenticity and provenance (proof of ownership) of works of art. He wishes to demystify and address the questions and skepticism people may have about the world of NFTs, cryptocurrencies, and Blockchain technology.

Eric Jiaju Lee is a graduate of the prestigious MFA program at Hunter College. He exhibits extensively in both the US and abroad with his work belonging to numerous international private and corporate collections. The recipient of multiple awards and honors, Lee is regularly featured in the press. He has also been a professor of fine arts for over two decades and is an independent curator and guest lecturer at museums and institutions.

“My artwork employs abstract imagery to elucidate the human experience in relation to the inner and outer worlds. With a quixotic nod to science, science fiction and scientific theories, my work suggests a micro to macro continuum inherent to nature,” Lee said in a release.
