It just wouldn’t be Christmas without Rob Mathes and his band of New York City All-Star musicians, now in their third decade of holiday performances at The Center. This year the performances are set for Dec. 18 and 19, with Vanessa Williams making a special guest appearance both nights.

The annual evening of original tunes, holiday classics, and Mathes favorites that will put you in the spirit of the season.

This year band members include world renowned Will Lee on bass, blues guitarist Billy Masters, Sting’s drummer Joe Bonadio, Rick Knutsen on keyboards, and vocalists James “D Train” Williams, Ian Cron, and Vaneese Thomas. A full choir and horns section will also join him on stage.

Rob Mathes has worked with virtually every major name in the music industry, arranging, producing, directing, recording, and performing with the likes of Bono, Bennett, Sting, and Springsteen. But despite his busy schedule, he’s here each year, and it’s always great to have him “home” for the holidays.
