August 10 was possibly the most perfect summer day of 2015, and guests of Moffly Media’s 6th annual Best of Greenwich event lucked out with pleasant temps and clear skies. The Best of Greenwich winners were voted by the readers of GreenwichMagazine.
The event featured cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and live music at the Delamar, where doors were flung open and guests flowed out to the tents along the boardwalk. On the patio, guests enjoyed live music from Nanny Assis Brazilian Duo and Adrian Clarke’s Pan Occasions Calypso Music.
Little Pub, who opened at 531 East Putnam Ave in Cos Cob last August, were winners in five categories – Best Burger, Best New Restaurant, Best American Restaurant, Best Pub and Best Happy Hour.
On Monday night Little Pub General Manager Bill Taylor and Executive Chef Tim Passaro Jr. sampled trays of seared Ahi Tuna tacos with pineapple jicama slaw with a wasabi mint yogurt.
