A two-day rugby clinic is being offered at Greenwich High School next week. The clinic is being led by the USA Eagles Men’s Captain and the Head Coach of Harvard Rugby – two very big names in the sport. This is a fantastic opportunity for local players to receive high-level coaching right here in Greenwich.
The clinic is set for Thursday, July 23 and Friday, July 24.
the two-day clinic will feature coaching from USA Eagles Men’s Captain Ben Bonasso and Harvard Rugby Head Coach Colton Cariaga.
Players will receive expert instruction in tackling, kicking, position-specific skills, rugby IQ and athletic performance testing, with plenty of meaningful repetitions in small coaching groups. College rugby scouts will also be attending to speak with players about what they look for at the next level.
The clinic is open to rising high school thru to college-age players who want to improve their game, challenge themselves and learn from some of the best rugby brains in the country.
