On Saturday, July 18, CT nonprofit Dollars to Scholars will partner with Members Credit Union to host a free GROWTH: Financial Literacy Seminar for Kids in Stamford.
Designed for children ages 8–14 (parents are welcome), the seminar will introduce young attendees to foundational financial concepts including saving, investing, employment, credit, and debt through an engaging, age-appropriate program.
The Financial Literacy Seminar for Kids is for children age 8-14 (parents welcome). It will take place on Saturday, July 18, 2026 from 10:00–11:30 am at Members Credit Union, 612 Bedford Street in Stamford, CT. The event is free , but registration is required.
The event will also feature a school supplies drive through July 16 to help local students prepare for the upcoming school year.
