Greenwich Police arrested a man and a woman on Dec 17, 2025 by felony arrest warrants stemming from financial crimes on Greenwich Avenue initiated on August 28, 2025.
Greenwich Police took custody of both Dany Davis Clermont, 27, of Rosedale, NY and Odain Donovan Kirkland, 27, of Brooklyn, NY in Stamford Superior Court.
Kirkland was charged with Corrupt Organizations and Racketeering Activity Act and Illegal Traffic in Personal ID Information.
Bond for each was set at $500,000 which they were unable to post. They were placed in the GPD cellblock.
They share a date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec 31, 2025.
